Maison François is named after our head boulanger, François – a third-generation Belgian baker whose love for the craft began in his grandfather’s bakery. As a child, he learned to shape loaves by hand; today, he carries that legacy forward, baking wholesome breads, baguettes and buttery croissants using the same time-honoured techniques. His craft is rooted in a lifelong passion for real bread.
